What’s new, what’s fixed, and what it means for your work. Features depend on your account settings and permissions.

Requirements achieved · 10/07/2026

  • Done means achieved. Mark a requirement without tasks Done directly. Requirements with tasks finish automatically when their delivery tasks are complete, and reopen when unfinished work returns.
  • Progress you can act on. Use Update, a percentage slider, quick presets or Done beside tasks and requirements. Requirement progress averages its final tasks, including partial progress.
  • See every task moving forward. Open a requirement for its task progress chart, completed task count and direct controls. Export its chart or inspect the exact data.

Visual work insights · 10/07/2026

  • See room in the team’s week. Compare available hours with demand, choose a week, and review capacity for people who are overcommitted.
  • Follow time into releases. Compare recorded release hours over 7, 30, 90 days or a year. Time outside current releases stays visible, and your permissions determine personal or team scope.
  • Compare requirement priorities. Switch between ranked priorities and effort versus value; preview confidence and effort scenarios alongside standard RICE without changing your plan.

1.6.0 · September 30, 2026

For your team

  • Dashboard design templates. Preview Overview, My Work, or Delivery layouts, arrange cards side by side, and save your personal dashboard.
  • Loom links with context. Paste a Loom URL with an optional note directly on work or in the Video Library. Notes are searchable and available to Maggie within your workspace access.
  • Requirements and their delivery work. Expand linked tasks and subtasks beneath requirements, or filter Tasks by requirement.
  • Clearer task execution. See assignee avatars, colored status and priority controls, editable due dates, and task time in one compact table.
  • Explore priority scenarios. Compare confidence and effort emphasis without changing saved RICE scores; open requirements directly from the chart.
  • Chronological releases. Follow releases by their start and delivery dates across cards, task sections and the roadmap.
  • Easy sign-out. Log out from the top of your profile menu, the application footer, or the dedicated logout page.
  • Convert tasks in bulk. Select tasks across table pages or on the board, review your selection, and turn each into a requirement together. Releases and connected work stay intact.
  • Quick work overview. Use the info icon beside a task or requirement to read its full title and description without leaving your view.
  • Larger workspace files. Upload files beyond the former 15 MB limit, with file and folder progress. Large files are stored as private downloads.
  • Promote tasks to requirements. Convert work from task options or the editor while keeping its release, dates, files, time, and Asana link. Subtasks become delivery tasks under the new requirement.
  • Remove requirements. Authorized members can remove a requirement while keeping its tasks in the release and preserving recorded work.
  • Follow file uploads. See overall transfer progress, individual file progress, and when files are being saved to S3.
  • Important workspace links. Keep production, company, testing, and custom destinations beside Add item and All Task Orders. Owners and administrators manage labels, order, and URLs in workspace settings.

1.5.0 · September 29, 2026

For your team

  • Account Knowledge Base. Find company resources by category or tag, in a table or visual library. Authors can create rich documents with sections, starting from article, how-to, and policy layouts.
  • Maggie can use your knowledge. Published articles and text extracted from supported uploaded documents become searchable sources for Maggie, with links back to the originals. Access follows the entry’s account, employee, and role restrictions. Video recordings need a transcript or written summary to make their content searchable.
  • Review AI writing suggestions. Compare proposed improvements to your document before applying them.
  • Loom in your Knowledge Base. Record in supported browsers or paste a video link, then link a Loom to a task, requirement, or goal. Add transcripts to work videos for Maggie to reference.
  • Design your dashboard. Drag compact widget cards into rows of one, two, or three. Move cards across or between rows, hide or restore widgets, then save the arrangement. Touch controls and on-page drag and drop remain available.
  • Manage your own profile access. Change your avatar and reset your password from your profile, with password-strength guidance.
  • Find your way around. Replay “Show me around” from your profile menu. Workspace navigation separates planning, resources, and coordination; account tools are grouped separately.

For administrators

  • Control knowledge visibility. Restrict an entry to employees, selected account roles, or both. Draft and archived content stays out of Maggie’s published Knowledge Base sources.
  • Workspace provenance. Workspace settings identify who originally created the workspace.

Core fixes

  • Profile avatars and password settings load correctly when the application is deployed at its main domain address.
  • Choosing a workspace from an account-level page opens that workspace instead of leaving you on the previous page.
  • Direct Knowledge Base creation links open the editor reliably.
  • Maggie rechecks accessible sources so withdrawn or newly restricted knowledge is excluded from retrieval.
