Terms of Service

About these terms

RedRover is a workspace and delivery application operated by Hatchery LLC. These terms apply to RedRover accounts, workspaces, shared pages, and enabled features. By using RedRover, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. A signed agreement with Hatchery LLC controls where it conflicts with these terms for the services it covers.

Accounts and workspace access

Keep your sign-in credentials and personal access links secure. Use only accounts, workspaces, and records you are authorized to access. Account administrators and workspace owners control membership, roles, and enabled features. Access can change when membership or permissions change. Share invitation, customer, report, support, and update links only with their intended recipients.

Your work and content

You remain responsible for the content you provide and for having permission to upload and share it. Existing ownership rights in your content remain with you or the relevant rights holder. You authorize Hatchery LLC to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate RedRover and the features you use. RedRover software, branding, and service materials remain the property of Hatchery LLC or its licensors.

Planning, approvals, and task orders

Requirements, tasks, releases, goals, time records, and reports are collaboration records supplied by users. Check their accuracy before relying on them for delivery, payroll, invoicing, or resource decisions. Only approve work or financial amounts when you have authority. Recording an approval or task order in RedRover does not by itself replace a signed customer agreement or establish that a payment has been collected.

Maggie and AI-assisted work

Maggie and prompt tools can use your request and relevant accessible context to generate suggestions. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Review generated plans, code, reports, and copy before using or sharing them. AI output is not legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not include passwords, secret keys, payment card details, or information you are not authorized to send to the enabled AI provider.

Integrations and communications

Enabled integrations may exchange data with services such as Asana, Loom, Google sign-in, and AI providers. Third-party access rules and terms also apply. Email and text messages may carry invitations, assignments, workspace updates, or support references. Keep contact details and notification preferences accurate; delivery is not guaranteed. Do not use RedRover to send unlawful or unwanted communications.

Responsible use and beta availability

Do not bypass permissions, impersonate others, upload malicious or infringing material, or interfere with the service. RedRover is in beta: features can change and interruptions or errors may occur. Keep copies of important work. Unless a separate agreement provides otherwise, RedRover is provided as available and as is, to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as RedRover changes. The date shown here identifies this version. Contact Hatchery LLC through Hatchery’s contact page for service, contractual, or governance questions. See the RedRover Privacy Policy for information handling.
