What is RedRover?

RedRover is a connected delivery platform. It brings goals, requirements, releases, tasks, collaboration, customer decisions, reporting, and AI access into one product.

Who is it for?

Teams delivering products, projects, or customer work—especially when scope, release plans, status, and acceptance are scattered across several tools.

How is it different from monday.com, Asana, or HubSpot?

RedRover focuses on an explicit path from goals to agreed requirements, deliberate releases, and daily tasks, with delivery outlook and customer decisions in context. monday.com and Asana offer broad work management; HubSpot centers on customer growth and CRM. See the comparison page for source-linked detail.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. Start with one real release. RedRover has an Asana connection; validate your project mapping and permissions during onboarding. A monday.com or HubSpot migration is not promised.

What is MCP in plain language?

MCP is a standard connection between an AI assistant and another application. RedRover uses it so compatible assistants can read permitted work and save supported changes instead of relying on pasted status updates.

Which AI clients can connect?

The current Bearer-key MCP setup supports Codex mode, Claude Code, and compatible clients. ChatGPT and ChatGPT mode require OAuth, which RedRover does not currently support. Ask your administrator to enable a workspace and create your own connection.

Can AI see everything in our organization?

No. Access is limited by the key owner’s current permissions, enabled workspaces, workspace limits, and connection grants. The current MCP release also excludes financial values, approvals, signatures, files, and other sensitive administrative operations.

What does every feature included mean?

Every RedRover product capability is included in the one plan. Account roles and workspace settings still determine who can use each capability. Separate third-party AI/client charges are outside the RedRover price.

What is the price?

The paid plan has a one-time $30 organization fee and $5 per person. The billing schedule will be confirmed before paid access begins. Beta access is free and no card is required to apply.

Is it free for Hatchery customers?

Yes. RedRover is free for Hatchery customers. Mark that on your beta application so we can confirm your customer relationship during onboarding.

Can we use it on mobile or desktop?

Use RedRover on desktop and mobile web. A signed, notarized Apple Silicon Mac preview is available with its own setup instructions. Windows and Intel Mac downloads are not yet available.

What is the Early Access pilot?

The optional guided pilot focuses on one real release over four weeks. We help you get started; you share brief weekly feedback and join kickoff and wrap-up conversations. Publishing a case study is optional and requires separate permission.

Does applying create an account or charge us?

No. It saves a beta access request. We will review it and contact you about access and onboarding. No subscription is created and no payment is collected.

Are there published case studies yet?

Not yet. We will share approved customer stories as beta pilots produce results. We will not invent testimonials or performance claims.
